  • 1 green chilly
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 4 tbsp low fat butter
  • ¾ cup of grated carrot
  • ¾ cup of grated cabbage
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup grated cottage cheese
  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander


First of all, mix all the ingredients and divine the whole stuffing into 4 parts. Then take one part of stuffing and place it on a bread slice. Top it with another piece of bread. Repeat the same process thrice and make 3 sandwiches. Grilled Corn Sandwich


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup colored capsicum
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste
  • 1 ½ cup boiled sweet corn kernels


Heat the butter in a heavy skillet and add green chillies, garlic and onions and sauté for a few seconds. Now add sweet corn, salt, capsicum, pepper and salt. Mix all these ingredients and cook on a low flame for a few minutes. Divine this stuffing into 4 parts. Take a bread slice and put one part of filling on it and top it with buttered bread. Do the same with the rest of the stuffing. Now place this sandwich in a pre-heat griller. Serve hot with ketchup and your favorite coffee!

3. Cabbage and Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Sandwich

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander
  • 2tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 4 tbsp butter for layering and grilling
  • ¾ cup of crumbled cottage cheese (paneer)


Mix cottage cheese, salt, coriander, cabbage, and green chillies in a bowl. Divide the stuffing into 4 portions. After this, take 2 bread slices and butter them. Now place a part of the prepared stuffing on each slice of bread. Place 2 buttered bread on it. Brush some butter and grill the sandwich for 5-7 minutes.
